Questions about paying

Is there a free video?

No. Every video costs real money to render, so there is no free tier. The cheapest way to try one template is a single video for $9.99.

Plan or pack?

A plan is cheaper per video if you post often: Studio yearly is $600.00 for 6,000 credits, about 600 videos. A credit pack is a one-time payment, with nothing to cancel.

Do all templates cost the same?

Today, yes: every template, Remake or Scene, uses 10 credits. Each template shows its cost before you make it, so a future template could cost more or less.

Do credits expire?

Credits from a pack never expire. A monthly plan gives fresh credits each month and unused ones expire with the month; a yearly plan gives the whole year’s credits up front, valid for a year.

What if a render fails?

Its credits go back to your account automatically. You only pay for clips that finish.

How do I cancel a plan?

From your account, any time. The plan stops renewing and you keep the credits of the period you paid for. Credit packs are one-time payments and have nothing to cancel.

Can I get a refund?

If you bought by mistake and have not used the credits, contact us within 14 days of purchase. The refund policy has the details.
