1. Using the service
These terms apply to your use of ClipRemake. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data and our Refund Policy explains billing questions and refunds. Use the service only where you can legally accept these terms.
2. What the service provides
ClipRemake provides a web application with account features, paid plans, one-time credit packs, a credit balance and AI tools (short video generation from the photos you upload, through third-party models). Model availability, processing time and supported settings can change, and the service does not guarantee any particular result.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in method (your Google account, or an email and password) secure. You are responsible for requests made through your account. Do not share access to evade usage limits or use another person's identity. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized activity.
4. Plans, renewal and one-time purchases
The pricing page lists the available plans and credit packs. Plans renew at the selected interval (monthly or yearly) until canceled; credit packs are one-time purchases. The checkout page shows the amount and applicable charges before you pay. You can review your plan, payment history and cancellation options in your account.
Payments are processed by Stripe on its own checkout page; we never see your card details.
5. Credits
- AI features consume credits; the cost is shown before or during use.
- Credits from credit packs do not expire. Credits from a monthly plan expire at the end of that month's period, and credits from a yearly plan a year after they are granted. Your credit history shows every grant and use; the soonest-expiring credits are used first.
- Credits are reserved when a request starts. If the request fails for a technical reason, the reserved credits are returned automatically.
- A result that works but does not match your expectations is not a technical failure.
- Credits are an account entitlement, not money: they cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
6. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, exploitative material, impersonation, harassment or material that infringes another person's rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, resell access or bypass usage limits. Violations may lead to restricted access or account closure.
7. Your content and AI output
You must have the rights to anything you upload, including photos. You allow the service and its providers to process that content to fulfil your requests. Before publishing or commercially using an output, check the relevant model terms and any third-party rights. Different users may receive similar outputs.
8. Availability and changes
Maintenance, provider outages and model changes may affect the service. Keep your own copies of work that matters to you. We may change features and will publish updated terms when necessary; continued use after an update means you accept it.
9. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings; an active plan is canceled first. Records we must keep by law (for example payment records) may be retained after deletion.
10. Responsibility
Use your own judgement when relying on generated content. The service is provided without a guarantee that outputs are accurate, unique or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Photos and generated videos
You must have permission from everyone shown in your photos. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities, public figures or anyone else who has not consented. Videos are AI-generated. Remake templates put the people in your photos into the original viral clip and keep that clip's sound, which belongs to its rights holders; you are responsible for where you post the result (platforms such as TikTok may mute or remove it). Scene templates film a new shot in the trend's style with music made for the clip (some have no sound). ClipRemake is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok, Instagram, CapCut, or the artists and creators behind the original clips; it never imitates a real artist's voice. If you add other music to a video afterwards, inside TikTok, Reels or another app, that is your responsibility and is governed by that platform's licence. When you post a video, follow the platform's rules for labelling AI-generated content. Original uploaded photos are deleted after 30 days. Photos and videos are private to their owner, except temporary signed links that expire within one hour. You may delete videos or close your account. Contact support@clipremake.com.
